Delivery Information

All orders are delivered by DPD. For mainland UK* delivery addresses orders are sent on a next working day service free of charge. Weekend delivery is available if requested.

Please note, next day delivery is not a guaranteed service, please allow a few working days for deliveries to arrive before chasing for delivery. If you notice something unusual on the tracking, please feel free to contact us, or DPD sooner for more information.

Once dispatched a tracking number will be available. DPD will send an email, and where possible a SMS, notifying you of the tracking. You will also receive a message from DPD, once the parcel has been scheduled for delivery, with an estimated 1 hour delivery window.

Follow My Parcel; you can track your new mower all the way to your door on a live map with a final 15 minute delivery timeslot with the DPD Follow My Parcel service.

Due to the value of your Ambrogio robot mower, we want to ensure it arrives to you safely. All our deliveries are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. If nobody is available to sign for the delivery, the order may go back to a DPD depot for collection or for you to arrange redelivery with DPD. Additional instructions can be given to DPD via the alerts they send. Please note, while you may request for your order to be left in a safe place, this is done at your own risk, and at the discretion of the courier.

Orders placed before 13:00 on a working day will be processed the same day for next day delivery where available. Orders placed after 13:00 will be dispatched the following working day. There is a chance orders placed shortly after 13:00 may be processed the same day but we cannot guarantee this.

If you want us to delay dispatch of your order so delivery is on a specific day, please add this information to the ‘Order notes’ during the checkout process. As standard orders are sent on a weekday service. Saturday & Sunday delivery are available. See below for information on this service.

Saturday and Sunday delivery are available for delivery addresses mainland England and Wales.  A specific day can be selected. When at the checkout, select ‘Weekend Delivery’, your order will be dispatched on the Friday before the weekend and you will receive the usual DPD alerts. As default the order will be arranged for a Saturday delivery, if you would like Sunday delivery you can amend this directly with DPD via the alert you receive. Weekend deliveries still receive an estimated 1 hour delivery window.

Please note that if for any reason your mower requires collection from your address, this service is only available on weekdays only.

Delivery to Scottish Highlands and Islands is £19.99 (inc. VAT). This will be automatically calculated and added at the checkout.

Delivery to the Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scilly Isles & Isle of Man is not available from Ambroio directly. An Ambrogio dealer may be able to ship to these locations. Find an Ambrogio dealer here.
